Returns and Refunds
Steeped Content offers customized, bespoke services tailored to each customer's specific requirements. Due to the personalized nature of these services, Steeped Content does not accept returns or offer refunds once the service has been initiated. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this no-return policy.
Upon purchasing a service from Steeped Content's website, customers will receive a questionnaire via email. The questionnaire must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date. Failure to complete the questionnaire within this 30-day period will result in the service being voided. No refunds will be issued for services voided due to non-completion of the questionnaire.
The fee of USD 150 paid for a consultation will be reimbursed upon signing a formal contract with Steeped Content.
